At Island Life Adventures, our 12m Naiad is ideally suited for eco-cruising the waters of Shark Bay. It’s purpose built for comfort and has seating for 36 people. These vessels are used all around Australia by sea rescue, police and other tour operators as they are safest. There is an onboard toilet, an overhead canopy, forward facing, open-air seating to ensure excellent all-round viewing.

An unexpected encounter in 1616 by Dutch Captain, Dirk Hartog literally put Australia on World maps. Hartog left behind a pewter plate inscribing his visit at Cape Inscription. He was followed by many explorers who all landed on Dirk Hartog Island including, Vlamingh 1697, Dampier 1699, St Alouran 1772, Baudin 1803 and Freycinet 1818.
